Micro-communities are an important part of the OB Division and the value of connecting with other scholars that share interests. To support our micro-communities, a subset of communities with gather, each for an hour, throughout the day to connect, have a coffee and treat, and build community. Micro-communities hosting a coffee hour will communicate the time and location with its members via listservs and other community communications.
