The domain of OSCM currently experiences an increased focus boosting diversity, equity, and inclusion, as shown in growing bodies of literature related to modern slavery, NGO collaboration, international supplier relationships, gender challenges, etcetera. How do we translate this DEI focus to our classrooms? Which DEI topics can we include in our curriculum? How can we navigate (and make good use of) the challenges teaching an international or minority students?
